The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our Internet Sales Coordinators come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in Customer Service or sales is a huge plus. Superior communication and customer service skills are required. Bi-Lingual would be a plus. (Spanish)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responds to Internet and telephone customer inquiries. Makes outbound phone calls using dealership marketing campaigns. Skilled at generating appointments from customer database (leads provided)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle.
Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to help them with their decision and sets an appointment for proper vehicle demonstration.
Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
Researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
Attends sales meetings.
Maintains professional appearance.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or the equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid in-state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in an internet sale or telemarketing position a huge plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Will be on the phone and computer all day.
Will be responsible for all inbound phone calls and high volume of email correspondence.
